The Main Event Fish Cart* plus four canapés on arrival:


Scotch quail's eggs with soft centres, mustard mayonnaise


Mini parmesan cups filled with crispy pancetta and muddled eggs


Arthur’s best pork sausages roasted in honey and mustard with tomato ketchup dipping pots


Roasted butternut squash, sweet potato, pepper and raisin mini kebab sticks 

To Start

*  The Main Event Fish Cart will be dressed with crushed ice, seaweed, samphire, sea lavender, shells, pebbles, and floats, then loaded as follows:


Brancaster Oysters, crushed ice, Tabasco, shallot vinegar, lemon, brown bread and butter


Little bamboo boats of Crab, lemon mayo


Locally oak-smoked Salmon carved from a whole side onto blinis, topped with sour cream and chives, caperberries and keta


Crayfish tail cocktail, lime crème fraîche


Local brown shrimps potted in lavender and nutmeg butter, served on sippets of crusty granary bread  

Main

Pot-roast Leg of English Lamb, (studded with rosemary and slow-baked with garlic, onions, red wine and redcurrants)


Served on minted new potatoes with buttered greens and dressed with cooking juices

Dessert

Chocolate and salt caramel cheesecake
