A breadboard with artisan loaves, butter, balsamic and olive oil

Selection of cured, smoked and air-dried meats, cornichon and caperberries

Chicken liver and cognac pate, Sauternes jelly

Oven-baked frittata

Hummus, dressed leaves, olives, sunblush tomatoes, feta

Smoked salmon, crayfish, sour cream and chives 


Slow-roast loin of pork.

Served with crackling, apple and cinnamon compot, gratin potatoes,  seasonal vegetables and cider gravy
