Chicken liver and cognac paté, Sauternes jelly

Oven-baked frittata

Hummus, dressed leaves, olives, sunblush tomatoes, feta

Smoked salmon, crayfish, sour cream and chives.   


Slow-roast loin of pork

Served with crackling, apple and cinnamon compot, gratin potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Finished with cider gravy 


Eton mess served with seasonal berries
